Required. Some grades are only awarded on the junior pathway, so the club needs a date of birth to check the grade being entered for is one the entrant can take. The club's screens show the age, never the date of birth.

Used by the organiser to check your licence and insurance for BJA events. If you don't have one, leave this blank — the club will contact you if it's needed.

Ashcombe Judo Club uses these details to run this event (JudoHQ processes them on the club's behalf) and to email you about your entry. Your date of birth is used only to work out your age for checking the grade you can be entered for; the organiser's screens and any published draw show your age, not the date.
